Compact Yet Professional | Clever Uses of Rack-Mounted Loads!
In recent years, data centers have become the core hubs of the digital economy, making the reliability of power and cooling systems crucial. Just because a server room runs fine without load doesn't mean it will be trouble-free once in operation. Many hidden issues can only be detected through load simulation, and rack-mounted loads are the key equipment for data center acceptance and maintenance testing.

During testing, rack-mounted loads consume power to test the electrical performance of the power supply equipment at the front end. At the same time, the rack-mounted loads can convert nearly 100% of the consumed power into heat, and by using environmental temperature indicators, they require the cooling system to transfer or dissipate this heat, allowing for performance testing of the cooling system. Since rack-mounted loads have a similar appearance and airflow design to servers, they can effectively simulate the airflow organization in cabinets or data centers. This makes it possible to simulate operations under different load conditions right from the early stages of construction, providing operators with operational data to guide future operation planning and system optimization.

Product Types
6KW Constant Power Rack Load;
8KW Constant Power Rack Load;
12KW Constant Power Rack Load;
Size: 431mm × 570mm × 267mm
Weight: 18kg~25kg
Cooling Method: Forced air cooling, front intake, rear exhaust
Operating Temperature: -10℃ to 40℃
Main Functions:
(1) Load Testing: You can freely combine load switches to simulate the actual heat generation of server rooms and test the cooling performance of precision air conditioners, power supply load capacity, and circuit reliability.
(2) Control Method: The load panel has 9 switch levels, allowing you to control the increase or decrease of load levels through 9 miniature circuit breakers.
(3) Fan Power: The fan is installed near the air inlet and comes with a fan operation indicator light.
(4) Protection Features:
Temperature Protection: When the temperature alarm exceeds the rated temperature, the power automatically drops and triggers an alert.
Grounding Protection: When there’s internal grounding or short circuit, the level circuit breaker trips for protection.
(5) Load Cables: The internal cables use multi-core flame-retardant flexible wires and are protected with fiberglass sleeves.
Supports stacked cascade expansion, takes up little space, can be assembled or disassembled by one person, and fits various IDC racks. It comes with protection features like over-temperature, over-current, short-circuit, fan interlock, and EPO emergency stop. If the fan isn’t running, it won’t go live, eliminating the risk of overheating and fires in the server room.
